Tractor Time!

I decided I am going to use this blog thing as more of a journal since I never ever write in a journal and my mom is always saying when the kids do something cute "You need to write that down." And do I ever-NO. Anyways last night was Baylee's first ride in the tractor. Brooklyn already loves the tractor so I thought we better get Baylee on the band wagon. So last night it was Andrew and I and the girls in the tractor. I told Andrew if we have anymore kids that we are all going to have to take turns. Brooklyn has her little spot in the tractor but we noticed last night that she is not fitting as well as she did last fall. I know Andrew just loves it that she likes to ride with him since Drew hates it! I have to admit I love riding with him too, when it is minus to little monkeys. I have to get pictures of these cute events so stay tuned if you care!

Updates

Well we went to the Ear Nose and Throat doctor and Brooklyn's tonsil and adnoid surgery is scheduled for May 2nd. We had to go over to my dad's work to get Brooklyn's blood draw. It took 3 of us to hold her down and she did not like one bit of it. Afterward she looked at the lady and said "You hurt me, that notty." Watching her in pain just getting her blood drawn has me really stessed about the surgery. I know it will be better in the end but getting up to it stresses me.
Regarding the potty training. I can honestly say that there is a light at the end of the tunnel. Brooklyn is able to take off her pants and undies and got by herself. And everytime she goes number two, she comes and finds me and tells me she has a suprise for me. How cute!! I always tell her I am so proud of her and she tells me right back that she is so proud of me! I hope things keep looking up from here.

Popsicles here we come!

We found out of Friday that sometime in the next two weeks Brooklyn will need to get her tonsils and adnoids out. Apparently she has extra large of both. And apparently it runs in the family. Tomorrow we are going to the ear nose and throat specialist to schedule the surgery. I am glad we are doing it because the green yucky noses and a little girl who snores like her dad are getting old but the thought of my little girl in pain at all kills me. I can't even watch them get shots!

Fun times at Grandma's!

Saturday Drew wanted to spend the night at Shaun's. His mom says that Drew thinks of Shaun as his idol. You have a lot to live up to Shaun. Anways one of there favorite things to do is football. We saw great improvment in Drew football skills last fall because of all the practicing they do. Shaun loves it that he can have someone younger then him to tell what to do.

Brooklyn and Baylee love going to grandma and papas house. Probably of all the spoiling that goes on. But isn't that what grandparents are supposed to do. My favorite place in the world was being at my grandparents house and I cried everytime I had to go home.

I finally found an outfit for Baylee's cute bow. There are three things I love in life other than my family and that is dressing up my girls, clothes and shoes! Check out Baylee's sweet new shoes!

Brooklyn being a peacock

Daddy and his peanut.
Mommy and her princess.
Sibling Love. Look at the determination of Drew's face and how Brooklyn could care less. By the way those feathers are Brooklyn's pride and joy when she goes to grandma and papa's house!

Dumb and Dumber

Meet our then K-9 members of the family. I thought since I write about my kids I am going to write about the dogs. They take turns being dumb and dumber or otherwise known as Yagger (like the alcohol, don't ask me where Andrew came up with name. Living out his party days!) and Chuckie (like the scary doll, and he was already named before he came to our family.

Yagger is our great dane and still a puppy but you would never know by looking at him. I swear he knew I was taking pictures so he tried to give his be regal shot! What do ya think?

Chuckie is a Shiz Zu (SPELLING?) Everytime I pull out the camera to take picture of him a runs under our bed. Needless to say that is why this picture is under the bed.

Park Time

Saturday also brought nice enough weather that we were finally able to go to the park! Yay! Brooklyn is getting more brave every year! I love watching her change for year to year! Baylee had a good time catching a few rays and telling us all her secrets!! Thanks mom for coming with us!

Happy Birthday Grandpa! 94 Woo Hoo!!

Last Saturday, the whole Lemmon fam (those who were available) were able to go to Mackey for great grandpa's 94th birthday! They also celebrated his brothers 90th birthday! They were so dang. As you can see by the pics they were dressed alike just like I dress my girls. Mel, grandpa's brother got a pretty good kick out of himself. I would have to say he is in pretty good spirits for being 90 years old!! I was a interesting day but also so much fun!! Glad I went!

My brother and his fiance' called last night and asked if Brooklyn would be there flower girl and Drew would be the ring bearer! I am so excited! What an honor! If anyone knows me they know I love to dress my girls up! They are my dress up dolls. Drew will have fun just knowing he can be apart of something so special!

Memories

I figured a good way to post pictures of my cute family is to show some good memories! These pictures are of Brooklyn and her papa and Brooklyn and her great great papa. She should of had pictures with her great papa but he is now watching over us. Oh how I miss him. I can't believe it has been 9 years since he has been gone. Anyways I wanted to show these cute pictures!

Potty training!

Can I just say I hate potty training. I have been dreading this since Brooklyn was born. In the last 3 days we have hunkered down and just did it! But I hate it, it is so time consuming, gross and frustrating! I am asking Brooklyn a thousand times a day, "Do you have to go potty?" I am sure she is like lay off lady! The only up side to all of this is I will now only have to buy one set of diaper instead of two. YAY!

New Blog

So Bonnie gave me her blog address and so I decided to take a look! So cute I had to do it for myself! The only problem is everyones blogs are so cute so the pressure is on to make my as cute! But I think this will be a good way to keep track of the cute things my kids say and to say what is on my mind! Which is usally to much. Well so much for my first blog!
