These are a few pictures of my new son Jaxsen Paul Mortensen. He was born at 8:00 this morning and he weighs 9 pounds 3 ounces. He's a little tanker and he already loves to eat!

Last post about being prego-next time post about our new baby!!
So Thursday I had this grand idea that after I went and got a long needed hair cut and color that I was going to take the girl with the help of Shaun to McDonalds and then we needed to hit Walmart. My hope was that although I tried to stay down for a lot of it that the us being busy would put me into labor or at least make me dilate. Well later that night I was in so much pain and having contractions every two to four minutes and they hurt! We finally called the doc and he said to head to the hospital. Wanna guess the results- no dilation!!!! I am so mad at my body! Dang cervix!! Anyways got to spend another wonderful night at the hospital.
My c-section is scheduled for the 20th of this month and I don't care if I am dying I am not going to that hospital until that morning and coming home with a child three days later. I am alright and calm with that feeling and know htat it is what is best! Thanks to all who have left notes and called!

Update
Went to the doc Friday, not thrilled about the news but it is for the best. Doc said that they are going to keep me on the meds until the 20th and then have the c-section that morning at 7:30. He decided this because he knows once I go off the meds I will go into labor and he wants the little guy to cook longer. Although I know this is the very best for my child I can't help but be a little disappointed, I am so ready to be out of this constant pain. But I have to look at the bigger picture which I am really trying to do. Patience is the key! (Repeat 5 times)
