How it all began!
Andrew and I were set up on a blind date by a girl I had never met but worked with a good friend of mine. She was also Andrew's neighbor. We went out on a first date on a Friday and he asked me to marry him just four days later. And I said YES. I tell you what, I wouldn't have believed it if I wasn't there for myself. I actually wanted to tell this man I loved him on the first date (which I didn't). Call it fate or desperation but it's all true! We were engaged for eight months. (For all those who think we were crazy, that was plenty of time to back out.) But it was fate and here we are!
Our Happy Ending!
We were married August 25th 2004 in the Salt Lake Temple, and that is where our story really begins!
We're in Charge!
Andrew and I love to spend time together, when time allows us to. Andrew is an entrepreneur or so he would like to be. He always has something or some business to start. His mind is constantly rolling. One day it will pay off I know it! We own and run along with our other partners a bio fuel plant. I get to stay home with our cute kids and be mommy. Although some days I would rather run a plant I am thankful I am blessed to stay home. I sell Scentsy which allows me to get out once in a while. Over all we have a great life!
Drew
Drew is 11 years old. He only gets to spend every other weekend with us which totally sucks! He is a wonderful big brother and his sisters just love him! Drew loves to dirt bike, shoot guns, play video games and never change his clothes. It drives his stepmom (ME) crazy and he knows it! But we love him anyways!!
Brooklyn
Brooklyn is 3 and is full of energy! She has been this way since birth! She can wear you out somedays! She is the queen of the house and she knows it! Brooklyn loves to dress up, play polly pockets, barbies and watching Disney movies! We love her and her goofy, sweet personality!
Baylee
Baylee is our little princess! She is such a joy to have around! She loves to play and do whatever her sis is doing. She also loves taking care of her little brother, she can't get enough of him! So cute! She has such an adorable personality!
Jaxsen
Jaxsen is the newest little man in the Mortensen house hold. And we are so glad he is here! He is the spittin' image of his dad! And I love it! He loves to eat, and love his brother and sisters!

I'm so jealous! I always wanted cute chubby cheeks for my kids. I just love keeping up with you little family even though you're not as close. We miss seeing you!
